We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive or Engineer to join our Service Centre team based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience in maintenance contract sales in Dubai and the Northern Emirates; preferably within the facilities management or maintenance services sectors. You must have a facility management network/customers to succeed in the role and achieve KPIs. This role will require the candidate to travel to different regions from time to time.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through market research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing client referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their maintenance needs and challenges. Tailor AMC solutions to suit their specific requirements, showcasing the value proposition and benefits. Manage existing account contracts and renewals.
- Negotiation and Closing: Handle objections, address concerns, and negotiate terms to close deals. Maintain a persuasive yet customer-centric approach throughout the sales process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the Odoo system. Manage a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to position our AMC solutions as valuable investments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Provide insights to the team to refine our AMC offerings and sales strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- +5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B, facilities management, or maintenance services sectors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ERP.
