We are looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team based in Dubai.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in treasury functions within the construction, trading, and manufacturing industries.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and a strong knowledge of finance regulations and compliance, as well as investment management and banking operations.
- Participate in financing special projects, including long-term forecasts.
- Support the cash forecasting process.
- Responsible for banking and cash management activities.
- Assists in managing banking and lending relationships.
- Prepare short-term, medium-term, and long-term consolidated net cash flow forecasts focusing on future financing needs and related internal investment.
- Create specific reports on various types of finances to develop investment strategies.
- Calculate interest expenses and provide the necessary month-end closing schedules.
- Calculate and forecast overall borrowing costs and costs of funds.
- Support the treasury department by compiling and analyzing cash flow and balance sheet information relevant to the financial risk management process.
- Coordinate payments on corporate loans and agreements.
- Assist in the maintenance of the company’s bank accounts. Support opening, closing, and signatory changes on bank accounts.
- Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (master’s degree or certification like Certified Treasury Professional can be advantageous).
- 5 + years of experience in accounting, banking, or treasury.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management strategies.
